Postage charges and service - UK only
Orders are sent out by Parcel Force 24 hour service (or other nominated carrier) unless the weight is less than 2 Kg in which case they will be sent by Royal Mail contract letter post. This service generally takes between 2-4 days.
We charge a flat rate £2.95, regardless of which service we use, up to an order value of £50.00. Orders with a value higher than £50.00 are sent post free. Addresses listed as Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland, the cost per order is £8.00 with no post free advantage. When filling in your address details, please note that you will be asked to enter the region where you live, rather than your county. This is so that the correct postage charge, if any, is allocated to your order.
Processing of orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are sent by Duncannon. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site. Duncannon aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 1 – 2 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and advise you within 7 days of your order. You may cancel your order at this stage by emailing us at sales@duncannon.co.uk

Overseas orders
Please note that we are only able to despatch orders to a UK address. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us (using the contact page) before proceeding with your order so that we can quote postage costs.
Although we now have fixed rates for parcels sent overseas, items sent under 2 Kilo in weight can be sent by small packets service which attracts a considerably reduced charge. This will be at the customers risk unless the customer agrees to the more expensive insured parcel service.
